Li Yuzhi stated that the principle of LED wrinkle removal was discovered by researchers from Germany and the United States. German scientists also demonstrated through experimentation that LED lamps are combined with green tea extracts, and their wrinkle removal effect is better than simple LED light therapy. Based on these research results, Shanghai Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Technology Research Center initiated the development of LED wrinkle removal equipment. Now that the prototype has come out, it's like a mask that can be worn on a person's face and glows red when energized. The center entrusted beauty salons to conduct tests. Subjects wear “masks” for 20 minutes every day. After 15-20 days of continuous use, the number of wrinkles appears to be significantly reduced, and the depth is also reduced.
After the initial test was successful, the project team began to optimize the design of the instrument and sought cooperation with medical device companies. If the cooperation is successful, and through the certification of the relevant departments such as security testing, LED wrinkle beauty equipment can enter the market.
The "crop factory" settled in Sunqiao in addition to the beauty industry, Shanghai Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Technology Research Center has also made breakthroughs in the application of LED in agriculture. It is well-known that the growth of crops requires sufficient sunlight, and in the case of persistent rainy weather, its growth will be delayed and production will be reduced. Studies have shown that plant photosynthesis requires two kinds of light - red orange light and blue violet light, and the light energy absorbed by the light of the two plants is just low. Therefore, artificial light sources of these two bands are developed to effectively promote crops. Grow.
It is LED's high-strength ability to emit monochromatic light in a specific band. In some developed countries, "crop factories" have taken full advantage of LED light sources. Unlike traditional agriculture, which depends on heaven for food, crop plants use LED to simulate sunlight, supplementing rice, lettuce, and other crops with a large amount of red-orange and blue-violet light, significantly increasing production. In addition, LEDs can trap insects that harm crops and avoid food safety problems caused by pesticide spraying. Experiments show that the combination of monochromatic light with a specific wavelength has a strong trapping effect on Lepidoptera.
In order to catch up with the international advanced level, from last year, Shanghai Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Technology Research Center, with the support of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, began the application of LED in modern agriculture. Nowadays, researchers have found light wavelengths that are suitable for various growth stages of some crops, and designed corresponding LED control procedures. In order to test the research results of the laboratory, the project team built a greenhouse about 2,000 square meters in the Sunqiao Modern Agricultural Park to carry out a demonstration study of the “crop plant”. The project is expected to be completed next year. If successful, this model of using LED to promote the growth of crops and kill pests will be popularized and applied to enhance the modernization level of China's agriculture.
